What data and why

If you call, email or message me on WhatsApp, I process the data you provide yourself (name, phone number, email address, company name and the content of your message) solely to reply and prepare a quote. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest and steps taken before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

For how long

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if we sign a contract, for the duration of the contract and the limitation period for claims.

Cookies

The website stores one essential cookie with your consent choice. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (advertising pixels such as Meta) are used only after you give consent in the banner. I use Google Consent Mode v2: without consent, Google tools do not store any cookies.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer. General visit statistics may also come from Cloudflare analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individuals.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO) or the authority in your country.

Recipients of data

Data may be shared with the service providers I use to run my business: email, hosting (Cloudflare), WhatsApp and, after you give consent, Google and Meta, only to the extent needed for contact.
